4. Titans have rule out LBs Wake and Finch for Sunday in Denver -

NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have ruled out a pair of linebackers with Cameron Wake and Sharif Finch both not playing Sunday in Denver.

The Titans scratched them on Friday.

Wake, 37, will miss his second straight game after hurting his right hamstring in the Titans' 24-10 win at Atlanta on Sept. 29. He has not practiced the past two weeks.

5. Bradley welcomes Davis as litigation associate -

Judea S. Davis is joining Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Previously, Davis clerked for Judge Michelle Childs of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and Judge Garrison Hill of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Titans opened their mandatory minicamp Tuesday with no drama and new left guard Rodger Saffold the lone absence, and he was excused for personal reasons.

Not bad considering at least 15 Titans are going into the final year on their contracts, including eight starters.

Timothy M. Lupinacci has assumed the role of chairman and chief executive officer of Baker Donelson.

Lupinacci, who was elected as the incoming chairman and CEO by the firm’s board of directors in October 2018, assumes the role from Ben C. 25. Smith elected president of Tennessee Medical Association -

Kevin Smith, M.D., Ph.D., MMHC, FACP, has been elected president of the Tennessee Medical Association and will take office in May.

Smith practices primary care and teaches general internal medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was previously in private practice at Saint Thomas West Hospital, including six years in solo practice.

NASHVILLE (AP) — Ryan Johansen's patience in the shootout is making Minnesota goalies very angry and grabbing extra points for Nashville.

NASHVILLE (AP) — The Nashville Predators credited their defensive effort after their latest win.

Kevin Fiala scored the tiebreaking goal late in the second period and the Predators beat the Buffalo Sabres 2-1 Monday night. Ryan Ellis also scored and Pekka Rinne stopped 21 shots to help Nashville win its second straight.

Kevin Fiala and Kyle Turris each had a goal and assist in the third period, leading Nashville to a 3-2 win over the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday night. Ryan Ellis also scored to help the Western Conference-leading Predators get their 21st road win of the season and improve to 12-0-1 in their last 13 games overall. Pekka Rinne stopped 26 shots, Ryan Hartman scored at 5:33 of the third period and the Predators beat the Dallas Stars 2-0 Tuesday night for their franchise-record ninth straight victory.
