1. Top Middle Tennessee residential sales for April 2019 -

Top residential real estate sales, April 2019, for Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson and Sumner counties, as compiled by Chandler Reports.

2. Looks like Patriots (again?) vs. Saints in Super Bowl -

With only four teams remaining, it’s no real surprise that four of the most potent offenses in the league have slots in the conference championship games.

In the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs are the latest challenger to the New England Patriots’ throne. Love the Pats or hate them, appearing in eight consecutive AFC title games is one of the most amazing feats in sports – perhaps on par with the dominance of John Wooden’s UCLA basketball teams of the 1960s or Casey Stengel’s Yankees of the ‘50s. Teams know they’re going to have to knock off the Patriots to do get to the top.

3. 3 issues Titans must address this offseason -

As the Tennessee Titans went their separate ways after missing out on the playoffs this season, there were plenty of reminders that things will be different when the team reconvenes in April to begin off-season workouts.

4. Top Middle Tennessee residential sales for January 2018 -

Top residential real estate sales, January 2018, for Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson and Sumner counties, as compiled by Chandler Reports.

5. Mularkey couldn’t see what most others could -

Mike Mularkey is loyal to his coaches and his coaching philosophies, though probably to a fault, as it appears that was a huge part of why he was fired as the Tennessee Titans head coach on Monday morning.

6. Titans at Chiefs: What to watch -

First down: Don’t be just happy to be there. The Titans have precious few players who have played in a postseason game. Even veterans like Derrick Morgan and Jurrell Casey are tasting the playoffs for the first time. They will have to survive the early jitters and realize it is just another football game (albeit with higher stakes) and go out and take care of business.

7. Why aren’t success-starved fans all in for these Titans? -

There is some irony in the Tennessee Titans’ going to the “Show-Me State” for a first-round playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Perhaps there the 9-6 Titans, a team its own fans have yet to completely embrace, can finally make an impression in their first playoff game in nine years.

8. Skid pins Titans' hopes of ending playoff drought on finale -

NASHVILLE (AP) — The playoff math for the Tennessee Titans couldn't be simpler now.

A three-game skid equals a regular-season finale against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a postseason berth on the line with Tennessee needing a victory to end a postseason drought stretching to 2008.

9. Rams at Titans: What to watch -

Wesley Woodyard vs. Todd Gurley. After struggling last year, Gurley is back and is even picking up some chatter as an MVP candidate. The Titans have to find a way to slow him down if they are to have any chance of upsetting the Rams on Sunday. Gurley, who has nearly 1,200 yards rushing, also has caught 54 passes.

10. Titans draft offensive playmaker, cornerback in 1st round -

NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Titans headed into the draft needing to find more offensive help for quarterback Marcus Mariota while also boosting a defense that ranked 30th in the NFL against the pass last season.

11. Big deal: Titans to trade No. 1 overall draft pick to Rams -

NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have traded the No. 1 overall selection in this month's NFL draft to the Los Angeles Rams for a collection of picks in one of the biggest deals in league history.

12. New regime begins rebuild at NFL Combine -

The sports nation’s eyes are rarely fixed on the Tennessee Titans. The upcoming season will be the franchise’s 20th year in the state of Tennessee, and except for their Super Bowl run in 1999 and a couple of playoff years where they were the No. 1 seed, the Titans haven’t really commanded the full attention of the football world.

13. Top Midstate residential real estate transactions for January 2013 -

Top January 2013 residential real estate transactions for Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson and Sumner counties, as compiled by Chandler Reports.

14. Top Midstate residential real estate transactions for Jan. 2013 -

Top January 2013 residential real estate transactions for Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson and Sumner counties, as compiled by Chandler Reports.
