LATINO awards. The Thursday event honors those who serve the East Tennessee community and is Centro Hispano’s annual fundraising event. Centro Hispano will recognize three community leaders voted on by the East Tennessee community in the nomination categories: Latino Community Leader; Latino Spirit Award; and Latino Humanitarian Award.
