Hats in Bloom. The annual luncheon, now in its sixth year, is a fundraiser for the Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum and features the new spring collection of designer hats by milliner Patricia Frankum, champagne reception and seated luncheon. Top Hat tickets are available for $100 for a private showing and sale of Frankum’s hats and Bloody Mary’s at 10:30 a.m. Regular tickets for the 11:30 a.m. Friday champagne reception and noon luncheon are $65.
