Gallery of Arts Tribute to MLK. The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Commission is partnering with the Arts & Culture Alliance of Greater Knoxville to provide five new exhibitions for King Week (Jan. 15-20) at the Emporium Center.
